In Alerts, choose Send student alert and select a student within your teaching scope. The linked parent appears when configured. Choose information, attendance or emergency, permitted parent or council recipients, priority, title and essential details, then send. Review your sent alerts and delivery states. An internal alert does not prove WhatsApp or email delivery; emergencies require direct human contact. In council and teacher communication, start a thread, choose the recipient and optional linked student, and enter a subject and message. Open View and reply to read the history and add follow-up. Keep student information within authorized scope. Teacher access does not automatically permit financial initiative management or private student complaints.
