In Initiatives, review the title, purpose, total, student count and approval state. Invoices require director approval, which fixes the target students and distributes the amount including rounding differences. After publication, check your children’s shares, family total, balance and due date. To propose an improvement, enter a title and description, attach up to three PDF or image files of ten megabytes each, submit and check its status and authorized response. For a poll, read the question, choices and opening and closing dates, choose one answer for the family and submit. Additional children or parent accounts do not create more family votes. Voting stops when the poll closes; result visibility depends on poll settings. The council office identifies its head, deputy and members without granting parents editing rights.
