Vehicles, routes and transport subscriptions

Review vehicles, capacity and active status, then routes, assigned vehicle, direction and stops. Before subscribing a student, check academic year, dates, stop, journey type and available capacity. Validation prevents overlapping subscriptions and capacity overflow. Review fees for paid transport, and distinguish a subscription from an operational trip. Changing the vehicle or direction of a route with subscriptions requires checks and a reason. Transport attendance shows journey history, while live trips have a separate operations screen.
