Open Live transport, choose route, academic year, date and direction, and assign the appropriate driver and supervisor. Check passengers and vehicle before marking the trip ready. Review status, latest position and update time; an old position is not the bus's current location. Pairing a tracking phone associates user, vehicle and device role and requires completing pairing and granting phone location permission. Keep pairing codes and device credentials private. A local simulation does not prove background tracking on a real journey.
