Child alerts and read acknowledgements

Open the child’s card and choose Alerts. Read the title, event type, date and details, distinguishing absence, emergencies and fees. Check the child before following any related action. Use the read acknowledgement button when available, then check the updated read state. This confirms reading inside the system, not delivery through WhatsApp or email. For emergencies, contact the school directly instead of relying only on portal replies. If the list is empty, check the child and period before assuming no events occurred.
