Health records, visits and vaccinations

From the home page, open your child’s card and choose the health record. Check the child’s identity before reading blood group, allergies, conditions, medicines and emergency contacts. Review the date, complaint, diagnosis, treatment and notes for each visit. Use Previous and Next to browse visits and vaccinations, and check dose dates and the next scheduled dose. Parents view these records rather than editing them. Contact the school to correct inaccurate information. This page depends on the clinic module and permission to view a child’s health records.
