Open School community, then Council office. Review the office's term and each person's position: head, deputy or member. To update your photograph, use the photo action on your own card, select a clear image within the permitted size and format, save and check the result. You cannot automatically edit other members' photographs, positions or permissions. Administration assigns office positions and access scope. An expired or suspended membership may prevent portal access even with a correct password.
