Creating polls, opening voting and results

Open Polls and choose Create poll if permitted. Enter a clear question, distinct choices and opening and closing times in the school's time zone. Save the draft and review it before opening voting. Guardians participate with one vote per family, regardless of the number of children. Review vote count, eligible families and results for each option, then close the poll according to the permitted procedure. Do not change the question or choices after participation to alter previous votes. Results do not automatically approve a financial decision.
