Fee types

Open Fee types and review the item name, academic year, amount and category. Use this list to identify the correct item before invoicing. The default accountant role permits reading fee types but does not automatically permit creating or changing them. Ask administration to configure a missing item or a different amount with the appropriate permission. School transactions use the school's local currency independently of platform subscription prices. Government-school initiatives follow the council approval workflow rather than an arbitrary fee change.
