Review these fields in the form: Warehouse, Item, Movement type, Quantity, Unit price, Date, Notes.

Choose warehouse, item, movement type, quantity, date, and unit price where needed. Check balance before issue and after saving. Receipt, issue, and adjustment represent different events; choose the actual one.
